Introducing Allsup’s Reverse Offset Services

 

Allsup offers a unique four-step service that identifies workers’ compensation claims in states with SSDI-offset potential.  Our offering includes these services:  

• Apply Offsets on Claims Already SSDI Qualified
  Allsup identifies claims that have been awarded SSDI, but for which no offset is currently being applied by the claims adjuster.  We subsequently process the claim to achieve an offset.
• Identify Claims with SSDI-Offset Potential
  Allsup identifies claims that may be qualified for an SSDI offset and provide representation assistance to help claimants secure an SSDI award.
• Quantify Late Offsets
  We review SSDI offset claims to determine if the offsets were applied in a timely manner.  If not, we quantify the loss due to the late application of the offsets.
• Provide Comprehensive Assessment
  Allsup provides a management report that itemizes claims with offset potential, quantifies missed opportunities and recommends solutions to maximize reverse offset savings going forward.
